PentaPod is early. We would rather tell you that plainly than pad a page with invented numbers — because the work is checkable, and that matters more.
Why PentaPod exists
Most organisations are sitting on data they cannot use. It is spread across spreadsheets, forms and half-connected tools, and every question takes a week and somebody's manual effort to answer. Meanwhile the same organisations are being sold AI they cannot explain, audit, or run themselves.
We started PentaPod to do the less fashionable version of that properly: get the data into order first, then build the systems — including the AI ones — that make it genuinely useful. Around that we build whatever the job needs, whether that is a web platform, a mobile app, or the infrastructure underneath.
We care about a specific kind of independence. Your data should live where you choose, your systems should run on infrastructure you control, and you should be able to take the whole thing to another supplier if we ever stop earning the work. We design for that from the start, and we self-host our own stack because we would rather build what we actually operate.
We are a young company. That means we are small, we answer quickly, and you deal directly with the person building your system. It also means we are careful about what we take on — we would rather decline a project than oversell it.

Our servers, deployments, monitoring and analytics are self-hosted. We build what we operate.
How we'd rather work
We're small and new. What that buys you is directness — you speak to the person building your system, you get a straight answer about what is and isn't a good idea, and you own everything we make.
You talk to who builds it
No handover to a team you never met. The person scoping your project is the person writing the code.
Honest about limits
We are a young company and we say so. We would rather turn down work than oversell what we can do — you will always get a straight answer.
Yours to keep
Your code, your servers, your accounts, your data. We build systems you could take elsewhere tomorrow, documented well enough that you could.
Secure by default
Encryption, least privilege, and sensible defaults from the first commit — not bolted on after something goes wrong.
